Hi, I’m Dr. Gina Orazietti, a pediatric and perinatal occupational therapist, and the founder of Motherly Occupational Therapy. My journey began at Johnson & Wales University, where I fell in love with pediatrics. As I immersed myself in child development, I discovered a profound gap in our healthcare system: we focus so much on children, yet overlook the very people nurturing them—mothers and birthing parents.

That realization shaped both my clinical path and my personal philosophy:

Children grow best when their caregivers are deeply supported. Like flowers in a garden, children rely on the people nurturing them, their soil and sun, for stability, nourishment, and growth. When a mother is healthy, empowered, and supported, her child will thrive. At Motherly, our focus is on ensuring you are cared for, because your well-being is foundational to your child’s.
